PURPOSE: A caliper assembly of a disk brake is provided to reduce the weight of a caliper assembly and the number of components in the caliper assembly and maintain braking performance by separately equipping a guide part into a CR type and a CL type. CONSTITUTION: A caliper assembly of a disk brake comprises a torque member (110), a caliper housing (120), and a guide part (130). The torque member comprises a fastening part (112) and an inner pad (115). The caliper housing comprises a piston part and an outer pad. The guide part guides a caliper housing to move back and forth with respect to the torque member. The guide part comprises a first guide part (140) and a second guide part (150). The first guide part is equipped in one side of the caliper housing to slide the caliper housing. The second guide part is equipped in the other side of the caliper housing to slide the torque member.
