PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development, the toner that is excellent in blocking resistance, low-temperature fixability and conveyance stability.SOLUTION: Toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises toner particles each having: a core part containing a first polyester resin, a colorant and a release agent; a first shell layer covering the core part and containing a second polyester resin; and a second shell layer covering the first shell layer and containing a polymer of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a third polyester resin having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond polymerizable with the aromatic vinyl monomer. The total of the first shell layer and the second shell layer occupies 16 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less of the toner particle.
