PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate, the plate-shaped body of which has both of air permeability and strength and can be attached detachably to the surface of a wall or another panel with a small space even when the hook-and-loop fastener is used.SOLUTION: The laminate 1 comprises: the hook-and-loop fastener 2 having an engaging element 2b on one surface of a sheet-shaped base part 2a; and a plate-shaped base material 5 which is layered on the other surface of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 and obtained by welding/fixing a moisture heat adhesive fiber. At least a part of the hook-and-loop fastener in the thickness direction is buried in the plate-shaped base material. The laminate 1 may have: an intermediate layer 4, which contains the moisture heat adhesive fiber and to which the fiber is fixed by welding the moisture heat adhesive fiber and which is integrated with the plate-shaped base material, is interposed between the hook-and-loop fastener 2 and the plate-shaped base material 5; and an adhesive layer 3, which is formed from a moisture-curable-type hot-melt resin, is interposed between the hook-and-loop fastener 2 and the intermediate layer 4.
