PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at least a resolver interface and a count interface in one IC composing an arithmetic unit, and to provide a function for detecting absolute value in the same IC.SOLUTION: In an arithmetic processing unit and method for a resolver signal, one IC comprising the arithmetic unit (10) is provided with at least a resolver interface (10A) for the resolver (1) which performs digital conversion in a resolver electric angle and a count interface (10E) for counting the number of rotations of the resolver electric angle, and digital absolute value data (11) is obtained. |
