PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device allowing drastic shortening of an evaporation time while maintaining excellent mixing performance by the device with a simple configuration, in an evaporation process or a concentration and evaporation process of a fluid such as a viscous fluid.SOLUTION: Main blades 5 making the fluid in a lower part inside a stirring tank 2 laterally flow are fixed to a rotary shaft 3 vertically suspended inside the stirring tank 2, auxiliary blades 7 raising the fluid along the inner circumferential face of the stirring tank 2 are fixed, the auxiliary blades 7 are fixed to tip parts of support rods 6 projecting laterally from a lower part of the rotary shaft 3, the outer edge of the auxiliary blade 7 is close to the inner circumferential face, and the upper face of the auxiliary blade 7 is formed in an inclination face positioned in an upper position as the upper face goes to the rear from the front in the rotation direction of the rotary shaft 3. |
