PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safer, stronger and new method for sterilization/antifungal treatment for a skin, post-operation, gynecology, an oral cavity or the like resulting from bacteria/funguses.SOLUTION: A new sterilizing/antifungal composition is used, which is produced by dissolving a sterilizing/antifungal component into a water-soluble viscous component, wherein the sterilizing/antifungal component comprises a water-soluble sterilizing/antifungal component and an oily sterilizing/antifungal component, and by dissolving both of the water-soluble sterilizing/antifungal component and the oily sterilizing/antifungal component into a water-soluble sterilizing component without using a surfactant. |
