PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption of toner for each color and furthermore to adjust color balance of a printed image.SOLUTION: A controller 100 of a printer 10 includes: a designation part which designates a color adjusting amount for reducing the consumption of two or more kinds of color toner for each color; a determination part which determines a designated duty amount of the toner based on the color adjusting amount; and a conversion part which converts input data expressed in input color space into output data at the designated duty amount in output color space.
