PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal capable of attaining miniaturization and simplifying an assembly process.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 includes: a communication hole 17 for communication between the inside and outside of a housing 11; a jack 30 that is stored inside the housing 11 and to which a plug 61 of a head set 60 is inserted through the communication hole 17; a pair of pawl parts 19 arranged at positions so as to hold a box part 32 between the pawl parts on an inner surface 11D of the housing 11; and an attachment member 40 having contact with an upper surface 32B of the box part 32 on the opposite side of the inner surface 11D and engaged with the respective pawl parts 19. The jack 30 includes: a cylinder part 31 to which the plug 61 is inserted through the communication hole 17; and the box part 32 for covering the cylinder part 31. The box part 32 is formed so as to have contact with the inner surface 11D of the housing 11. |
