PURPOSE: A clinical specimen receipt system using a mobile smart device is provided to remarkably shorten clinical specimen receipt work time by using the mobile smart device, an image server, optical mark reader/optical character reader (OMR/OCR), and a clinical specimen inspection server. CONSTITUTION: A mobile smart device (110) is fixed to an exclusive holder (110'). An image server (120) stores an image of an inspection request letter and a specimen transmitted by the mobile smart device in real time. An OMR/OCR (130) reads the inspection request letter of the image stored in the image server. An OMR/OCR computation receipt unit (140) receives receipt input data and the image obtained by the OMR/OCR. A handwriting computation receipt unit (150) receives the image which is separated by the OMR/OCR as a handwriting receipt object. A receipt server (160) stores and receives the receipt input data which is transmitted from the OMR/OCR computation receipt unit and the handwriting computation receipt unit.
