PURPOSE: A system for planning daily work in a tire factory is provided to implement a unit, which groups factors for maximizing efficiency, and a unit, which arranges the equipment by considering a past defect and performance history, by a program of a computer, thereby efficiently and accurately planning the daily work. CONSTITUTION: A system opens a file and selectively reads items by copying the entire item. When an initial inputted value is inputted, the system automatically arranges, stores, and displays a car owner quantity according to a production priority which is set by considering a seller, the standard, and the amount of order. When a user clicks the draft planning establishment based on the data stored in a memory, the system establishes an initial plan by executing a program based on an inputted item.
