PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively increase an available touch area and the visible area of a touch panel.SOLUTION: A touch panel 100 includes: a plurality of first sensing electrode shafts 20; a plurality of second sensing electrode shafts 40; and a plurality of conductor shafts 30. The first sensing electrode shafts 20 are disposed along a first axis. The second sensing electrode shafts 40 are disposed along a second axis, and electrically insulated from the first sensing electrode shafts 20. The plurality of conductor shafts 30 are disposed along the second axis, and extended to a first peripheral area 3a. Any two of the conductor shafts 30 are electrically connected to the different first sensing electrode shafts 20.
