PURPOSE: A transparent plate fixing device for a soundproof tunnel is provided to fix a transparent plate on an extruded aluminum fixing device without using a piece or a bolt by using an extruded aluminum pipe with a groove instead of an existing rectangular pipe. CONSTITUTION: A transparent plate fixing device for a soundproof tunnel comprises an extruded aluminum pipe (120), a pipe fixing angle (130), a pipe fixing member (140), a fastening member (160), an extruded aluminum fixing unit (170), and a three-way waterproof member. The extruded aluminum pipe is arranged on the lower part of a transparent plate (110), and supports the lower part of the transparent plate. The pipe fixing angle is formed on an H beam pillar, and fixes the extruded aluminum pipe on the H beam pillar. The pipe fixing member fixes the extruded aluminum pipe by connecting an extruded aluminum pipe to the pipe fixing angle. The fastening member secondly fixes the extruded aluminum pipe and the extruded aluminum fixing unit by connecting the extruded aluminum pipe and the extruded aluminum fixing unit. The extruded aluminum fixing device is arranged on the lower part of the transparent plate to fix the transparent plate by inserting the side end part of the transparent plate into the lower part of the transparent plate. The three-way waterproof member includes a primary waterproof lower gasket (181), a secondly waterproofing upper gasket (182), and a thirdly waterproofing silicon molding member (183). The three-way waterproof members are inserted into the lower gap, the upper gap, and the side gap respectively between the extruded aluminum fixing unit and the transparent plate.
