ORGANIC PHOTOVOLTAIN POLYMER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要
PURPOSE: An organic photoelectric conversion polymer is provided to have excellent solubility and oxidization stability and to have high charge transfer degree by stacking between molecules. CONSTITUTION: An organic photoelectric conversion polymer has a main chain which is a copolymerized product of a p-type molecular with an electron donor property which contains a phenazine derivative and an n-type molecular with an electron withdrawing property which contains the phenazine derivative. The organic photoelectric conversion polymer is displayed as a chemical formula 1. The p-type molecular with the electron donor property which contains the phenazine derivative is displayed as a chemical formula 3. The n-type molecular with the electron withdrawing property which contains organic photoelectric converting polymer the phenazine inducing property is a quinoxaline derivative with an alkoxy chain at 6 and 7 positions.
