PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect noise as a mobile object.SOLUTION: A mobile object detection device comprises: a moving image acquisition part for acquiring moving images including a plurality of frames whose order is prescribed; a pre-segmentation part for segmenting the frames into a plurality of areas for each of the plurality of frames included in the moving images acquired by the moving image acquisition part; an estimation part for inducing sparsity for each set of matrix elements corresponding to the plurality of areas segmented by the pre-segmentation part to estimate sparse matrix, when performing sparse estimation decomposing a moving image matrix in which the plurality of frames acquired by the moving image acquisition part are represented into the sum of a low rank matrix and the sparse matrix; and an output part for outputting the fact that an area corresponding to a matrix element having a value significant in the sparse matrix estimated by the estimation part in the plurality of frames is the image of the mobile object. |
