PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently cutting the pileus of mushrooms such as sparassis crispa to a suitable size from a cultivation vessel without hand work and without operational loss.SOLUTION: This apparatus includes: a first cutting device 11 having L-shaped arms 11a-which are disposed with a downward gradient radially to the axis L, arm slide mechanisms 11b-, arm moving devices 11c-, and first cutting members 11d-having sword tip-like double-edged surfaces and provided inward on the tips of the arms at the same angle as the angle of inclination; a second cutting device 12 having a second cutting member 12a which is disposed between the arms radially to the axis, and the tip of which is provided with cutting blades 12a-having one-sided edge with the same angle as the angle of inclination and connected to each other, and a device 12b disposed on the axis and adapted to move the second cutting member in the vertical direction; a member 13 for fixing the slide mechanisms, the arm moving device and the device 12b, and a device 14 for moving the cultivation vessel 21 for mushroom 20 in the vertical direction 21 below the arms. |
