PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of individual setting with respect to respective switches by a user that has been performed in a conventional manner concerning an open flow network, etc.SOLUTION: When a switch is newly added to a network, the switch inquires of the network about setting information including the IP address of a controller in broadcasting, receives the setting information including the IP address of the controller from a switch already connected to the network and the controller, and updates own setting on the basis of the setting information. Not only in the addition to the network, the switch already connected to the network repeats an inquiry about the setting information including the IP address of the controller to another switch at a fixed interval, and automatically performs optimum setting corresponding to the change of the network, such as the failure of the controller. |
