PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid from leaking from an air inlet, without causing failures such as the jet failure of the liquid.SOLUTION: A check valve has a cover part for covering the air inlet and an attachment part for attaching the cover part in such a way that one end side of the cover part can turn with respect to the inner wall of a liquid storage part. The check valve is attached to the air inlet of the liquid storage part, in such a manner that a direction going from the attachment part to the side opposite to the attachment part in such a state that the air inlet is covered by the cover part is different from a direction going from the air inlet to a liquid outflow port. Thus, even when a negative pressure in the liquid storage part is reduced somehow, the liquid can be prevented from leaking from the air inlet. Further, air bubbles can be prevented from flowing toward the liquid outflow port by the cover part of the check valve, when the valve is opened, so that the occurrence of failures such as the jet failure caused by the outflow of the air bubbles from the liquid outflow port can be avoided. |
