PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check a combination of medicines in medication administration practices.SOLUTION: First reading means reads patient identification information from a storage medium for patient identification. Second reading means reads medicine information from a storage medium for medicine identification. Medication history acquiring means acquires a medication history corresponding to the patient identification information read by the first reading means from a server storing a medication history indicating a history of medicines prescribed to a patient corresponding to the patient identification information. Contraindication medicine information acquiring means acquires contraindication information indicating contraindication medicines to the medicines on the medicine information read by the second reading means from a server storing information on contraindication. Notifying means provides a notification whether or not medicines indicated in the contraindication information acquired by the contraindication information acquiring means are included in the medication history acquired by the medication history acquiring means. |
