A client information transmission section transmits client information showing an executable application and/or reproducible content type to a distribution server 300 via a road side radio device 100A for advance notice. A distribution information reception section receives distribution information for designating a distribution area and a channel to be used for distribution from the distribution server 300 via the road side radio device 100A for advance notice. A setting section sets a channel receiving content data on the basis of the distribution information. A content reception section receives content data at the set channel from a road side radio device 100B for programs. A reproduction section reproduces the received content data when the positioned present position is within the distribution area designated by the received distribution information.
