<p>PURPOSE: A multichannel fluorescence detection system for capillary electrophoresis using laser-induced fluorescence is provided to effectively detect the characteristics of DNA through electrophoresis and a laser-induced fluorescence method. CONSTITUTION: A multichannel fluorescence detection system for capillary electrophoresis using laser-induced fluorescence comprises: a laser light source which emits laser light; a collimator (110) which collimates the light emitted from the laser light source; a dichroic mirror (120) which reflects the collimated light; a folding mirror (130) which reflects the light which is reflected by the dichroic mirror; an objective lens (140) which irradiates a subject material with the reflected light for detecting DNA of a sample, which exists in a microchannel (151); and a spectrophotometer which sends irradiated and reflected fluorescent signals into a photomultiplier with a plurality of channels by each wavelength.</p> |
