PURPOSE: A method for managing demand response data of each profile for saving usage power energy in smart grid environment, a device thereof, and a system thereof are provided to supply structural information, environmental information, and social information in an operation management system, thereby implementing efficient data operation management. CONSTITUTION: An operation management system (130) collects profile information (100) of each consumer, weather information (110), market data (120) corresponding to power consumption, and power energy information of each consumer. The operation management system generates positive policy information based on an energy saving effect for each profile and demand response pricing information. An information display device (180) displays the power energy information of each consumer which is received from a smart meter (170); an echo index which is received from an echo index calculation device (190); and the positive policy information.
