PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic characteristic acquisition device capable of acquiring spectroscopic characteristics at a high speed.SOLUTION: The spectroscopic characteristic acquisition device includes: region splitting means to split reflected light into a plurality of subregions; image formation means 14 to form an image from the plurality of reflected light beams; diffraction means 15 to diffract the plurality of reflected light beams to form a plurality of diffraction images; and light receiving means to receive the plurality of diffraction images on a plurality of pixels. The image formation means includes a plurality of first lenses 14b and second lenses 14c alternately disposed into a zigzag shape. The diffraction means includes a first diffraction region 15b and a second diffraction region 15c. The reflected light forming an image by the first lenses in the reflected light split into the plurality of subregions forms a first diffraction image on the first diffraction region via the first lenses, and the reflected light forming an image by the second lenses forms a second diffraction image on the second diffraction region via the second lenses. The first diffraction image and the second diffraction image formed by the diffraction means are alternately received in the direction where the plurality of pixels are aligned. |
