PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of improving awakening effect by urging a user to naturally wake up.SOLUTION: There is provided a luminaire including an upper light source, a lower light source, and a controller. The upper light source has its optical axis set obliquely downward, the lower light source has its optical axis set upward, and the controller is configured to control the upper light source and the lower light source in the order of a first stage in which only the lower light source illuminates, a second stage in which the lower light source and the upper light source both illuminate, and a third stage in which only the upper light source illuminates. When the luminaire which is thus configured is used as an alarm device for bedroom, light emission control simulating a situation in which the sun gradually rises, i.e. a situation of sunrise can be performed at getting-up time to urge a user to naturally wake up and improve awakening effect. |
