PURPOSE: A resource managing system and a method thereof are provided to give a fixed rate of payment of a sale resource to a user of the sale resource, thereby diversifying resource types. CONSTITUTION: A resource storage (101) stores multiple resources including a 3D model. A resource information database (102) stores information about the resources and information about costs of the resources. A resource searching unit (103) receives searching information of the resource information database from a content producing application installed in a user terminal. The resource searching unit inquires information about a resource corresponding to inquiry information from the resource information database and transmits the information about the resource to the content producing application. A payment processing unit (104) processes the resource in response to a resource selecting command of a user received from the content producing application. A resource use approval unit (109) transmits the resource to the content producing application.
