FLAT CABLE CONNECTOR IMPROVED IN LOCKING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A connector for flat cable connection is provided to reduce the number of components of the connector for flat cable connection by including a locking unit in a connector body. CONSTITUTION: An insertion space of a flat cable (1) is formed in an insulator housing (100). A plurality of contacts is installed in the insulator housing and is contacted with a signal layer of the flat cable. A housing shell (300) is combined outside the insulator housing. A locking member (400) is installed inside the insulator housing and is coupled with a fastening unit (1a) when inserting the flat cable. An elastic unit (310) is formed in the housing shell.
