PURPOSE: A surrounding information providing method of a vehicle is provided to process useful surrounding information and supply the same to a passenger by utilizing the current positional information of the vehicle and credit card information of the passenger, thereby supplying useful help to the passenger. CONSTITUTION: An audio-video-navigation-telematics (AVNT) terminal or a navigation device receives the credit card information (S10). The AVNT terminal or the navigation device searches the surroundings by receiving a selection of the surrounding information of the searching object (S20). The AVNT terminal or the navigation device transmits the credit card information to a credit card company and receives the benefit information (S30). The AVNT terminal or the navigation device combines and processes the surrounding information with the benefit information (S40).
