PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve in which a holder for holding a valve element inside can be mounted to a movable iron core without using a press-fitting process.SOLUTION: The solenoid valve includes a fixed iron core made of a magnetic substance; the movable iron core made of the magnetic substance and coaxially arranged facing the fixed iron core; a spring provided between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core and energizing the movable iron core in a direction to separate from the fixed iron core; an electromagnetic coil arranged around the fixed iron core; a yoke that surrounds the electromagnetic coil and forms a magnetic field together with the fixed iron core and the movable iron core; and the holder mounted to the end, opposite to the fixed iron core, of the movable iron core in an axial direction and holding the valve element inside. The holder includes a holding part for holding the valve element on one end side, and a connection part connected to the movable iron core on the other end side. The inner diameter of the connection part is formed to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the end, mounted with the holder, of the movable iron core, and the holding part and connection part of the holder are formed with notches respectively. |
