PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a pedestrian passing by an occupancy zone in a building construction and a road construction passes by a heavy machine and a vehicle for a construction and the possibility of encountering a traffic accident or a contact disaster with the heavy machine increases at the time.SOLUTION: A drive way and a sidewalk are provided with a level difference by installing a concrete slab for sidewalk, a guard pipe is installed for rushing-out prevention and protection of pedestrians, and by erecting an H-steel on the opposite side and inserting an acoustical panel, pedestrians are protected from a collision with the heavy machine for construction and scattering objects. |
