PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting chip removing method and a cutting apparatus by which cutting chips of a non-magnetic material scattered and accumulated on rail sections are restrained from adhering and remaining on the rail sections without being removed, in cutting the non-magnetic material.SOLUTION: A cutting apparatus includes: a machining tool for cutting a non-magnetic material; rail sections having magnetic force; and a supply portion which removes cutting chips of the non-magnetic material accumulated on the rail sections by supplying a water solution, in which a cutting liquid is dissolved, to the rail sections in cutting the non-magnetic material by the machining tool. A cutting chip removing method uses the cutting apparatus. |
