PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten processing time of a network device and reduce time and efforts in data management in a Next Generation Network (NGN) service.SOLUTION: Transport data and service data are associated with each other and stored them in a database 13, a Network Attachment Sub-System (NASS) acquires the transport data from the database 13 to hold them as replicated data when a user's terminal is connected to the NASS for the first time, a data holding device 1 notifies a Call Session Control Function (CSCF) corresponding to the NASS of the transport data and the service data, and the CSCF holds both data as replicated data. Thereby, processing time for the CSCF to establish a session can be shortened. Moreover, the transport data and the service data are managed in a unified manner in the database 13. When the data held in the database 13 is updated and deleted, update and deletion of the data is notified to the NASS and the CSCF which are associated to the data, thereby reducing time and efforts for management. |
