FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: liquid crystal display panel has liquid crystal aligning films (18, 24) consisting of a polyimide that are formed on the front surface of a TFT substrate (10) and a colour filter CF substrate (20). The liquid crystal is tightly mounted between the TFT substrate (10) and the CF substrate (20).
