FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to ophthalmic surgery, and can be applied in surgical treatment of dacryocystitis. Substance of method consists in carrying out laser transcanalicular dacryocystorhinostomy with endoscopic endonasal control, with following washing of formed tear path of outflow and temporary bicanalicular intubation of outflow path with silicone pipes. After washing of formed tear-deviating path accuracy of formed rhinostoma location is estimated by means of endoscope.. In case of its optimal location endonasal endoscopic shaver cleaning of bone window edges from burn scab is carried out. In case if rhinostoma isn't in optimal for tears deviation place, first location of rhinostoma is corrected endonasally endoscopically by means of shaver with aggressive tip, extending it, after which endonasal endoscopic shaver cleaning of bone window edges from burn scab is carried out.EFFECT: application of the claimed invention makes it possible to obtain high-quality nasolacrimal fistula without damaging of surrounding structures, ensure effective drainage of lacrimal sac, both in case of optimal anatomical conditions and in case when conditions are non-typical.2 ex |
