FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method consists in determining a percentage of immunoglobulin G and M coated platelets using flow cytometry. For the purpose of the analysis, own patient's platelets and blood serum are examined; autoimmune process markers are immunoglobulin G and M antibodies. A platelet autosensitisation index is calculated as ratio of Anti-Human IgG/IgM-positive cells to CD41 fixing cells: the platelet autosensitisation index more than 2% without autoserum incubation and more than 5% after autoserum incubation is considered as the presence of the antiplatelet autoantibodies fixed on cells and/or circulating in blood plasma.EFFECT: higher diagnostic accuracy of immune thrombocytopenia, specifying a therapeutic approach and controlling the effectiveness thereof.3 tbl, 2 ex
