FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: hydronamic pulsator consists of hollow body with a seat in axial channel, cylinder bushing, spring-loaded butt valve, perforated partition with a cup in axial channel of the hollow body. At that cylinder bushing is equipped with seat in the upper part, bottom with longitudinal holes and rod, partition in axial channel. In the lower part butt valve is equipped with skirt with longitudinal grooves, included into the seat axial channel and spring-loaded spherical fixture; it is mounted forming dynamic connection with rod. At that butt valve is equipped with a sleeve passing through the cup axial channel covered by spring-loaded ring piston, with circular cavity connected hydraulically with holes in the rod, its axial channel over the cavity. The cup axial channel under ring piston is connected hydraulically with holes in the rod, its axial channel under the cavity.EFFECT: capability for generation of powerful hydronamic pulses in flow of formation fluid at big pressure drops between the well and field gathering main pipeline.3 dwg |
