FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: device comprises underframe of special equipment to support: tank with chemicals and system to feed and apply said chemicals onto artificial coating surface. Note here that underframe of special equipment is mounted on base vehicle chassis frame while said tank is connected to said system to feed and apply said chemicals onto artificial coating surface. Additionally, device comprises ACS, adhesion factor definition device and processor. Note here that ACS first output is connected to second input of system to feed and apply said chemicals onto artificial coating surface. Adhesion factor measurement device is connected to processor first input. Processor output is connected to ACS input while ACS second output is connected to processor second input. Note also that adhesion factor measurement device is connected to base vehicle bumper while ACS and processor are arranged in drive cabin.EFFECT: higher reliability.3 dwg
