FIELD: testing equipment.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a spacer accessory, installed inside the sample along its edge, the composition of which includes a piston connected with an elastic self-sealing collar and capable of axial displacement, and a channel for supply of hydraulic pressure into a sample cavity. At the other end of the sample there is the same spacer accessory installed. Each piston is equipped with a self-aligning expanding mechanism comprising a central body with hingedly fixed at least two levers arranged relative to radial direction at the angle not exceeding the angle of friction, hingedly connected with expanding cams contacting with the inner surface of the sample. At the outer side of the sample along its circumference in the same section, where expanding cams are installed, there is a power bandage arranged, between levers and the central body there are elastic elements installed, a channel for supply of hydraulic pressure is made in one of the pistons.EFFECT: possibility of hydraulic strength testing in complex stressed condition of thin-walled tubular samples of permanent cross section, not having a specially made grip part, without additional measures for sealing of pipes, elimination of risk of plastic clamping of a sample of metals and alloys, reduced dimensions of a device.4 cl, 1 dwg |
