PURPOSE: An apparatus for delaminating surface mortar from recycled aggregate and improving the grain shape of the aggregate is provided to certainly delaminate the surface mortar from the aggregate with maximizing a frictional force between the aggregate and a frictional ball through a brazil nut effect in order to improve the grain shape of the aggregate, thereby obtaining the aggregate with high quality. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for delaminating surface mortar from recycled aggregate and improving the grain shape of the aggregate includes a frame, an upper vibration case, a vibration motor, a middle vibration case, frictional balls, a first vibration unit, a lower vibration case, a second vibration unit, and a discharge duct. When the vibration motor vibrates, the upper vibration case supported by a coil spring vibrates so that the aggregate inserted into the upper vibration case is guided to an upper discharge hole and is discharged. When a first crank member is moved by power from a first motor, the middle vibration case supported by a first plate spring vibrates so that the aggregate guided to the middle vibration case is guided to a middle discharge hole and is discharged. When a second crank member is moved by power from a second motor, the lower vibration case supported by a second plate spring vibrates so that the aggregate guided to the lower vibration case is guided to a lower discharge hole and is discharged through the discharge duct.
