PURPOSE: A safety ring is provided to freely move a handrail by pasting through a post with a hinge member pivoted around a hinge shaft. CONSTITUTION: A safety ring (100) comprises a ring body (110), a first hinge member (120), and a second hinge member (130). The first hinge member is connected to one side of the ring body for connection with a handrail in order to be pivoted around a first hinge shaft. The second hinge member is connected to the other side of the ring body in order to be pivoted around a second hinge shaft so that a post is penetrated. The first hinge shaft is parallelly formed to an extension direction of the handrail when the safety ring is connected to the handrail. The second hinge shaft is vertically formed on the first hinge shaft.
