PURPOSE: A transfer device and a robot system are provided to build a robot system by assembling a transfer device and a painting robot, thereby effectively carrying out automatic painting work. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device includes a frame (6) and a rotary arm (11). The frame is arranged in the installation face (100). The rotary arm is rotatably arranged in the frame and a turn table adhered to both end parts of the rotary arm passes through between a carry-in and carry-out location which is set on the circular orbit and a working location in advance.
