PURPOSE: A heat and fluidic leakage sensing cable and a system thereof are provided to sense the heat and a fluidic leakage of a target object simultaneously by forming a heat sensing wire and a fluidic leakage sensing wire into one cable, thereby reducing time required for installation and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A heat and fluidic leakage sensing cable comprises a heat sensing wire (100), a first wire (200), an outer cover (300), a fluidic leakage sensing wire (400), and a second wire (500). The heat sensing wire includes: an insulator (110) which becomes molten if the temperature of a target object is over a predetermined level; a pair of first conductors (120) which is respectively covered by the insulator and causes a short circuit by being in contact with each other when the insulator is molten; an union member (130) uniting a plurality of the insulators; and a sealing member (140) which jacket-processes the union member. The first wire transmits short-circuit signals of the first conductor to a microcomputer (MICOM). The outer cover covers the heat sensing wire and the first wire. The fluidic leakage sensing wire includes: a hygroscopic insulator (410) in which moisture is absorbed or penetrated; and a second conductor (420) in which a resistance value is changed when moisture is absorbed or penetrated by/through the hygroscopic insulator.
