The motor has a stator and a rotor respectively comprising rings (9) and disks (10). The rotor rotates around an axis, and the stator is fixed and secured to a frame, where the magnets are in the form of cylinders (12). The stator freely rotates around the same axis in a direction opposite to the rotor. A series of permanent magnets is located on the rings of the stator, where the magnets have north poles (1) and south poles (2). The series of magnets are placed perpendicularly to another series of magnets located on disks of the rotor.
