PURPOSE: A workbench for assembling and disassembling a fuel injection pump is provided to easily expose a fixing pin of a fuel injection pump by using an operation piece and to easily remove and assemble a fixing pin of a fuel injection pump. CONSTITUTION: A workbench for assembling and disassembling a fuel injection pump comprises a supporting leg (10), a settlement plate (20) and an operation piece (30). The supporting leg is formed to keep a fixed distance from the ground. The settlement plate is hinged on the supporting leg and has a fixing axis (21) protruding to the top in one side. The settlement plate has a backing ring (22) in the shape of a semicircular in one side. The operation piece has a pressing hole (32) in the upper end in which the operation piece ascends and descends by the rotation of a handle. A through hole (33) is formed in both sides of the operation piece.
