PURPOSE: A conductive coating composition for glass is provided to improve dispersibility and coating performance of a carbon nano tube to produce an even coating film by having chemical stability and excellent conductivity of the coating film. CONSTITUTION: A conductive coating composition for glass comprises (i) carbon nanotube dispersed solution 80-95 weight%, (ii) polyacrylic acid resinous solution and binder solution 5-20 weight% including mixed silane sol and dispersing agent solution. The carbon nanotube dispersed solution contains carbon nanotube 0.21-0.5 weight%, dispersing agent 0.21-1.5 weight%, and residual water. A manufacturing method of a conductive coating composition for glass comprises the steps of: (step 1) mixing carbon nanotube 0.21-0.5 weight%, dispersing agent 0.21-1.5 weight% and residual water to produce a carbon nanotube dispersed solution, (step 2) respectively manufacturing a polyacrylic acid resinous solution, a silane sol and dispersing agent solution, (step 3) blending the the polyacrylic acid resinous solution and the silane sol of the step 2 and mixing the blended solution with the dispersing agent solution to produce a binder solution, and (step 4) mixing the carbon nanotube dispersed solution 80-95 of weight% of the step1 and the binder solution 5-20 weight% of the step 2. |
