PURPOSE: An electric equipment which uses grounding and safety system in which an operation blocking function is added to an electronic device are provided to prevent safety accident which is caused by electric shock by discontinuing an operation of the electric equipment or powering down the electric equipment when the defect is generated in the means of grounding. CONSTITUTION: A grounding potential means (10) connects a body of electric equipment and a ground with a conducting wire. A first DC rectifier (20) rectifies an AC voltage through a first bridge rectification circuit (21) and a first condenser (22) to a DC power supply. A control unit (40) powers down a electric equipment by operating a first and a second relay switches (42a,42b) when defect is generated in a grounding. A second DC rectifier (60) comprises a second bridge rectification circuit (61), and a second condenser (62). A main load (70) is connected to an output terminal of the second DC rectifier. |
