The device (3) has an annular lip joint mounted in a main body, and circular orifice formed across the wall. A blocking part blocks the joint in the body and includes a decentering element for decentering a control head (21) of a push-button in the orifice, where the device is removable relative to the push-button and is positioned on front side (AV) with respect to a wall (1). An electric connection unit passes through a space formed between the push-button and edge of the orifice for connecting the device to an electric assembly (23) placed on rear side (AR) with respect to the wall. The device has a signaling member formed of LEDs.
