摘要 PURPOSE: A mooring type tension control flow power plant is provided to maximize generation efficiency of a device by facilitating a redirection according to a flow direction of a fluid by installing the device under water by using a wire. CONSTITUTION: A mooring type tension control flow power plant comprises a generating unit (120), a tension unit (140), and an anchoring unit (160). The generating unit generates energy by changing an exercise of an ocean current by being equipped in a marine or a river. The tension unit is connected with a first wire (W1) mounted on an upper part of the generating unit, and applies a tension to an upper direction of the generating unit by generating buoyancy to perpendicularly about a straight movement direction of an ocean current by injecting a predetermined air. The anchoring unit is connected to the generating unit through a second wire (W2) mounted on a lower part of the generating unit, and fixes the generating unit in a bottom surface of a marine or a river.
