PURPOSE: Waste paper press equipment is provided to continuously supply waste paper without a slip as a friction force of a transferring conveyor with an upwardly inclined part increases. CONSTITUTION: Waste paper press equipment comprises a transfer conveyor(100), a vertical supply chute(200), a collection unit(300), a compression chamber unit(400), a wire supply unit(500), a discharge part(600), a stirring device(700), and a compression length sensor(800). The transfer conveyor continuously transfers waste paper to an input hole at a constant height. The vertical supply chute is vertically installed under the upper end of the transfer conveyor. The compression chamber unit compresses the waste paper at horizontal one side of the collection unit by a compressing plate(410) which linearly moves. The wire supply unit supplies the waste paper with passing through the compressed waste papers in multiple layers. The discharge part discharges the compressed waste paper. The stirring device is installed in the middle of the chute. The stirring device smoothly compresses the waste paper by dispersing the waste paper being transferred. The compression length sensor is installed on the compression chamber unit, and senses the movement distance of the waste paper. |
