The block (2) of two seats (3) includes a chair configuration and a bed configuration defined by each seat. When each seat is in the bed configuration, the longitudinal axes of the seats converge towards a point in a virtual plane of symmetry behind the seats. The seats are closer together in the head area of the block where the head area upper parts of the seat backs and or headrests are partly superposed in vertical projection. The bed planes of the seats are at different heights relative to a cabin floor when the seats are in the bed configuration.
