<p>The invention relates to a bottle for sparkling wine, which includes a main body on which a throat ending in a neck is mounted, said neck having a mouth for the flow of the wine contained inside the bottle. The invention also relates to a method for producing a wine contained in such a bottle. The invention is characterized in that the sparkling wine has a pressure of strictly 2.5 to 3 bars at 20ºC, and in that the bottle is provided with a cap comprising a sealing capsule that engages with the mouth of the bottle by screwing said cap onto the threaded neck, in order to ensure the sealed closure of the bottle.</p> |
