A filter for a touch screen using an infrared sensor and the touch screen using the same are provided to prevent infrared ray reflected or refracted by a combining surface of a filter and the side of a protection panel. A light emitting part(400) radiates infrared ray including a light emitting device. A light receiving part receives infrared ray emitted from the light emitting part. The light emitting part and light receiving part are arranged in the front side of the display unit(420). A display part displays a menu for inputting the screen.
